At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse-it helps shape the flow of global trade.\n\nAs a Returns Clerk at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be responsible for processing returned merchandise, verifying product quantities and conditions, completing system transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support efficient warehouse operations. This is a 1st shift position working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and pays $18.50 per hour, paid weekly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring returned products are handled accurately and customer requirements are met.\nHow you create impact\nProcess and verify returned merchandise, ensuring product quantities, item information, and product condition are accurately documented.\nComplete return transactions, inventory adjustments, and system updates using warehouse management and customer systems.\nResearch and resolve discrepancies involving returned products, damaged goods, shortages, and inventory variances.\nMaintain accurate records of return documentation, return reasons, product disposition, and inventory movements.\nCoordinate with warehouse operations, inventory control, customer service, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of returns.\nFollow established operating procedures while supporting inventory accuracy, compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.\nWhat we would like you to bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n2+ years of experience in returns processing, inventory control, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a third-party logistics (3PL) environment preferred.\nExperience processing returned merchandise, researching discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records preferred.\nExperience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter data, verify product information, and maintain return documentation.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nWhat's in it for you\nThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
