This role is ideal for someone with a strong architectural mindset, hands-on Java expertise, and a passion for agile development.\nHow you create impact\nTake technical ownership of application development with a strong focus on Java.\nDesign and evolve service-oriented architectures tailored to the logistics industry.\nDrive the full development lifecycle: ideation, design, prototyping, implementation, and production integration.\nCollaborate with product owners and domain experts across business units to align technical solutions with business needs.\nContinuously evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance system performance and maintainability.\nAdvanced hands-on experience with Java technologies such as Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate), JUnit, and Mockito, and it is good to have in experience with Swing and/or SWT for desktop application development.\nWhat we would like you to bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nAt least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.\nStrong experience in software architecture and Java development.\nProficient with tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and Git; experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Docker, OpenShift, or AWS is a plus.\nFamiliar with agile ways of working and proactive in improving processes.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex systems.\nExcellent English communication skills and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing mindset.\nWhat's in it for you\nYou will have a direct influence on the future of logistics and IT.
