In addition, centres co-located with the end user ensure store to fitment service\nWe are looking for a Multitask operative with Warehouse experience and good IT skills.\nMon to Fri - shifts: 6.30am to 3pm and 1.30pm to 10pm\nHow you create impact\nAct as the focal point for End User demands\nProcessing all demands within timely manner\nProvide appropriate notifications to higher authority associated with loss of capability such as Aircraft On Ground (AOG) notifications\nInform End User of forecast delivery dates (FDD) of materiel not immediately available from the onsite inventory\nUpdate LogIS and customer systems with FDDs for non-available demands.\nNotify End Users of supply solution for their respective demands\nSeek supply information for non-available demands where the forecast delivery date is due or has expired\nNotify End User of supply status of outstanding demands.\nSeek alternative solutions through the End User for demands that have supply solutions beyond the End-Users required delivery date\nReceipt, issue and dispatch materiel to and from the UK Apache AH-64E Warehouse using Authority Log IS\nOperate MHE they are trained to use\nReposition material for the customer around locations as required\nContributing to continuous improvement and QSHE activities\nWhat we would like you to bring\nMust be totally flexible and willing to learn.\nHave an understanding of the need for attention to detail, with a “right first time” approach.\nCan demonstrate good communication skills.\nExperience of operating MJDI/SAP, is very desirable but not essential.\nShall have confidence within a busy & diverse working environment and have the ability to prioritise work on a day-to-day basis. \nMust be computer literate and will have been trained in the use of MS Office Suite.\nFull driving license essential and be prepared to operate MHE (including FLT).\nMust be willing to undergo Security Check Clearance.\nGood housekeeping skills\nWhat's in it for you\nAs well as our competitive pay rates and superb training opportunities, we also offer a great working environment.
