Acting as a critical legal and commercial liaison, this role identifies gaps between client commitments and operational execution while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.\nHow you create impact\nContract Execution Management: Overseeing execution of contract of Tangguh UCC Project. \nDrafting & Negotiation: Reviewing and refining contract documents, as well as negotiating terms with clients, suppliers, and partners. \nCompliance & Risk Management: Ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards, and conducting risk analyses. \nPerformance Monitoring: Monitoring the ongoing compliance of all parties with the contractual obligations and ensuring all terms are adhered to. \nRecord Keeping: Establishing and maintaining a structured and easily accessible system for all contract-related documents and records. \nImplementing a project contracting methodology and execution: establish and implement project change order and variation order protocols, tracking and record keeping\nWhat we would like you to bring\nEducation: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in EPC, or Oil & Gas sectors.\nLanguage: Advanced English proficiency (both written and conversational) is required.\nLocation: Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.\nLegal and Business Acumen: A strong understanding of contracts, legal requirements, and the O&G EPC construction project environment. \nNegotiation and Communication: Excellent skills in negotiating complex agreements and communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. \nAnalytical Thinking: The ability to analyze risks, evaluate proposals, and understand the financial and legal implications of contracts. \nOrganizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously and to maintain accurate records. \nManaging Contract Execution: Overseeing contract implementation and ensuring that all parties fulfill their responsibilities. \nNegotiating Terms: Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to reach fair and beneficial contract terms. \nEnsuring Compliance: Keeping contracts in line with legal, financial, and safety regulations to avoid risks. \nConstructions Risk Management: Identifying and resolving possible contract conflicts before they escalate. \nFinancial Oversight: Playing a part in effective constructions budget management, by overseeing payment schedules, and cost variances to avoid financial discrepancies. \nDispute Resolution: Handling contract-related problems and negotiating fair settlements. \nFinancial Acumen: must understand project costs, payment timelines, and financial risks in order keep contracts under budget.\nWhat's in it for you\nA dynamic and collaborative working environment.\nOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement.\nExposure to diverse projects and strategic business development initiatives in the logistics sector.\nWho are we\nLogistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on.
