If you have taste, ambition and learn fast, we'll help you develop the technical side.\nWhat matters most: you're a maker.\nYou see an idea, take ownership and make it happen.\nWhat you'll do\n→ Create videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, our website and other channels\n→ Turn product launches, technical breakthroughs and founder moments into strong stories\n→ Shoot, edit and develop new formats\n→ Experiment creatively with our own voice AI\n→ Learn how great content gets distributed, tested and improved\n→ Own projects end to end instead of just executing tasks\nYou might be a good fit if\n→ You've started or built something yourself before\n→ You have a strong eye for images, stories and good content\n→ You work independently and figure things out\n→ You're excited about startups, AI and technology\n→ You want responsibility, not a weekly to-do list\nExperience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or similar tools is a plus - but taste, drive and your previous work matter more.\nYou'll work closely with co-founder Viktor Presber, who studied Commercial Film Producing at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.\nThe instinct we're hiring for:\n\"This is mine.
