You’ll build intelligent systems that don't just assist humans, but reason, take action, and autonomously complete meaningful work.\nThis is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines exceptional technical judgment with extreme execution speed.\nWhat you'll do\nYou’ll build AI systems and agents that operate in the real world.\nYou’ll take ambitious, ambiguous problems and turn them into working products - fast.\nYou’ll experiment with LLMs, agents, tools, memory, reasoning, evaluation, and orchestration to push the boundaries of what autonomous systems can reliably do.\nYou’ll own problems end-to-end: understanding the problem, designing the system, writing the code, shipping it, observing how it behaves, and improving it.\nYou’ll know when a problem needs a sophisticated new architecture and when it needs a $1 chalk mark.\nYou might be the $1 Engineer if...\nYou have an unusual ability to find the root cause of complex problems.\nYou can take something from an idea to production faster than most teams can schedule the kickoff meeting.\nYou have strong opinions, but you're willing to throw them away when the data proves you wrong.\nYou don't measure your impact by lines of code or hours spent.
