their judgment and self-review.\nUse AI tools to accelerate delivery without outsourcing understanding, security, or accountability.\nRequirements:\nRoughly 3-4 years building and operating production software.\nDeep experience in at least one backend language and framework.\nStrong fundamentals in API design, relational data modelling, concurrency, idempotency, caching/queues, and failure handling.\nEvidence of personally owning production incidents, difficult bugs, migrations, or reliability improvements.\nAbility to write maintainable code, meaningful tests, and useful logs/metrics.\nProduct judgment: you connect technical choices to UX, activation, retention, delivery speed, or cost.\nEnough app/web experience to read, debug, and make scoped changes outside the backend.\nClear written and verbal communication, including direct but constructive technical pushback.\nComfort working in person in Jayanagar,
