product, or meaningful open-source contribution.\nReadable coding skills and ability to reason through bugs without blindly relying on autocomplete or AI.\nExperience across at least two layers: mobile/web, backend/API, database, or deployment.\nStrong product sense and awareness of user experience.\nAbility to move quickly while testing work and taking ownership of mistakes.\nAbility to explain personal contribution, trade-offs, and improvements.\nComfort working in person in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.\nGood to Have:\nFlutter/Dart and mobile fundamentals.\nBLoC, Riverpod, or similar state management.\nREST APIs, SQL, caching, queues, or real-time systems.\nNode.js, Go, Python, Java, or another backend language.\nCI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, or app store releases.\nClaude Code,
