concurrency, caching, queues, and failure handling.\nProven experience owning production systems, incidents, difficult bugs, migrations, or reliability improvements.\nExperience writing maintainable code, tests, logs, and metrics.\nProduct mindset with the ability to connect engineering decisions to user experience and business impact.\nAbility to work beyond the backend when required, with some exposure to web/mobile development.\nStrong communication, ownership, and ability to challenge technical decisions constructively.\nGood to have:\nFlutter/Dart or frontend experience.\nRedis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.\nReal-time systems, WebSockets, and event-driven architecture.\nCloud, CI/CD, observability, and capacity planning.\nSecurity/privacy experience.\nExperience mentoring engineers or leading small technical
