implications, success metrics, and rollout.\nMake scoped Flutter or web changes when needed to complete a feature or investigate an issue.\nReview code and technical proposals and help junior engineers improve their judgment and self-review.\nUse AI tools to accelerate delivery without outsourcing understanding, security, or accountability.\nRequirements:\nApproximately 3-4 years building and operating production software.\nDeep experience in at least one backend language and framework.\nStrong fundamentals in API design, relational data modelling, concurrency, idempotency, caching/queues, and failure handling.\nEvidence of personally owning production incidents, difficult bugs, migrations, or reliability improvements.\nAbility to write maintainable code, meaningful tests, and useful logs/metrics.\nProduct judgment connecting technical choices to UX, activation, retention, delivery speed, or cost.\nEnough app/web experience to read, debug, and make scoped changes outside the backend.\nClear written and verbal communication, including constructive technical
