\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to identify modernization opportunities and resolve issues. \nPerform impact analysis, troubleshooting, and code reviews for legacy applications.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5+ years of experience in Oracle Forms development, maintenance, and support.\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Forms.\n Excellent ability to understand, analyze, and interpret legacy application source code.\nStrong knowledge of Oracle Database concepts and objects. \nExpertise in PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. \n Experience in documenting existing systems and translating business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nRelevant Experience Preferred: \nExperience working on application modernization or migration projects. \nExposure to migrating Oracle Forms applications to modern web-based or cloud platforms. \nExperience supporting digital transformation initiatives. \nUnderstanding AI-assisted code analysis or migration processes is an added advantage.\nExperience in
