You'll help keep our paying users informed, engaged, and excited about what's happening on the platform.\nYou'll also get hands-on experience supporting promotional campaigns, coordinating user activities, and learning how a social entertainment platform builds and maintains relationships with its community.\nIf you're naturally good at conversations, enjoy social media, and love making people feel valued, this might be a great opportunity for you!\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n1. User Relationship Management & Engagement\nAssist in maintaining positive relationships with Kumu's existing high-value paying users.\nCommunicate with users through messaging platforms, social media, and other approved communication channels.\nHelp coordinate personalized outreach, user check-ins, and engagement activities.\nKeep users informed about upcoming promotions, platform events, campaigns, and exclusive opportunities.\nGather user feedback, concerns, and suggestions, and coordinate with the team to ensure appropriate follow-through.\nSupport initiatives that encourage continued participation, loyalty, and engagement within the Kumu community.\n2. Campaign & Promotional Coordination\nAssist in the execution of campaigns and promotional activities designed for paying users.\nCoordinate promotional announcements, user invitations, and campaign reminders.\nHelp prepare simple campaign materials, social media posts, messaging content, and promotional communications.\nMonitor user participation in ongoing campaigns and coordinate follow-ups when needed.\nWork with internal teams to ensure campaign details, schedules, and user communications are aligned.\n3. Sales & Engagement Support\nSupport the team in identifying opportunities to encourage greater user participation and spending through relevant platform activities.\nAssist with outreach for exclusive promotions, events, and user engagement programs.\nHelp track user responses, participation, and follow-up opportunities.\nCoordinate with team members on initiatives aimed at retaining and reactivating paying users.\nContribute ideas for improving user experiences and engagement strategies.\n4. Coordination, Tracking & Reporting\nMaintain organized records of user communications, campaign participation, and engagement activities.\nUpdate user trackers, campaign monitoring sheets, and internal reports.\nAssist in preparing simple weekly summaries of outreach activities, user feedback, and campaign results.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve user concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.\nSupport other administrative and coordination tasks related to the Paying Users Team.\nWho We're Looking For\nWe're open to students seeking internship opportunities, fresh graduates, and early-career applicantswho are interested in community engagement, relationship management, sales, or digital marketing.\nIdeally, you are someone who:\nIs currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nHas strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in conversational Filipino and English.\nIs comfortable initiating conversations and maintaining relationships with different types of people.\nIs familiar with social media platforms, messaging applications, and online communities.\nIs organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups and coordination tasks.\nHas basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.\nIs creative, resourceful, and willing to contribute ideas for user engagement and promotional activities.\nIs comfortable learning new platforms and digital tools.\nBonus points if you:\nHave experience organizing school events, managing online communities, or coordinating social media campaigns.\nHave participated in livestreaming communities or are familiar with platforms like Kumu, TikTok Live, or similar apps.\nEnjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds and age groups.\nHave a natural ability to make conversations engaging and build rapport with others.\nNo previous corporate experience required!\nWe're more interested in your communication skills, willingness to learn, initiative, and ability to connect with people.\nWhat You'll
