This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cloud-native technologies and modern architecture.\nWe are looking for Back-end Engineers with a Data focus, as this team will be building production software and data systems beyond traditional ETL pipelines. Strong programming skills in Python are expected.\nRequired Skills:\n5+ years of experience in application development with strong Python programming skills.\n4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.\n4+ years working with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, and writing complex SQL queries.\nExperience with data migration activities in cloud environments, focusing on enterprise-scale data movement and transformation.\nExperience working with cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake to analyze large datasets.\nFamiliarity with distributed data processing and batch/stream processing tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or AWS Kinesis.\nExperience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or similar.\nFamiliarity with enterprise ETL pipelines, Data Quality controls, and compliance Governance.\nPractical experience architecting real-time, event-driven data streams using Kafka/OneStream.\nFamiliarity with large-scale cloud data warehousing, performance optimization, and modeling within Snowflake and OneLake\nNice to Have Skills:\nJava development experience.\nExperience with AWS Glue or other AWS data integration services.\nProficiency with UNIX/Linux environments, including basic shell scripting.\nExperience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile engineering practices.\nPrior consulting experience or aptitude for client-facing collaborative environments.\n\nOur success over the past 20 years is rooted in our exceptional team, which thrives in a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. \nWe are proud to offer our employees a range of benefits, including competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements, all designed to help them thrive.
