2nd Shift in our Brooklyn Park facility.\nTitle: Quality Inspector\nLocation: Brooklyn Park MN\nCompensation: $35 to $40/hr\nResponsibilities\nConduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications\nReview welding procedures and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements\nProvide guidance and support to welding personnel to ensure that welding activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and specifications\nPrepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all welding activities and submit them to the manager.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure that welding activities are integrated into the overall project plan\nInspection of fabricated vessels and skidded systems \nInstallation of internal vessel components and assemblies \nSubmits inspection, photos, and other reports as required for each inspection\nMaintain good working relationships with supplier quality control personnel\nIn-house inspection of fabricated parts\nIn-house fabrication of PVC internal vessel components and assemblies\nReview welding procedures and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirement\nProvide guidance and support to welding personnel to ensure that welding activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and specifications\nQualifications\nEducation: Diploma from trade school, preferably in welding.\nExperience: 3 -
