As a Senior Motion Designer, you confidently lead motion workstreams across medium to large projects, from early concept through complete motion languages, animated identity assets, brand films, and launch content.\nYou take clear ownership of your projects, proactively drive creative development, and ensure that the motion solutions we deliver meet both brand and business objectives. You combine strong craft across 3D and 2D with structured thinking, and you are comfortable presenting and discussing your work with clients. You are also curious about how motion craft is evolving: actively experimenting with AI tools in your own work, and helping the team integrate new capabilities into daily delivery.\nAs part of Kurppa Hosk, you will work with some of the world's leading brands that seek true transformation. You are self-propelled, structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a portfolio that showcases visually strong, well-crafted motion work across a variety of formats and brand contexts.\nMain responsibilities\nLead motion workstreams in medium to large projects, from concept to final delivery\n\nDefine motion languages for brand identities, developing motion assets and templates that create consistent, high-quality content and evolving them as the work expands\n\nTranslate strategy, brand platforms and static designs into motion that holds together across formats and channels\n\nCreate polished 2D motion graphics and animations for brand films, web, presentations and product marketing\n\nLead 3D work, from technical product renders to abstract animated 3D visuals\n\nEdit brand films, including cutting footage, adding graphics and sound, and preparing final assets for different platforms\n\nDrive creative development within assigned projects and teams, securing quality and consistency across all motion deliverables\n\nPresent and articulate motion decisions confidently to clients\n\nMentor and support more junior designers, raising the motion craft bar across the team\n\nCollaborate across disciplines and actively contribute to cross-agency initiatives, including with sister companies across the Eidra group\n\nStay actively engaged with how motion craft is evolving, including the role of AI in generative video, 3D asset creation and compositing. Experiment with new tools in your own work and help the team adopt what earns its place\n\nQualifications\nRelevant education within motion design, graphic design, visual communication, or similar\n\nMinimum 7 years of professional experience in motion design, with strong depth across both 3D and 2D\n\nStrong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D modelling and rendering, 2D animation, and motion graphics work across brand contexts\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Cinema 4D or Houdini, as well as Redshift and Adobe After Effects\n\nGood knowledge of Figma; broader Adobe Creative Suite appreciated\n\nStrong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, typography and visual storytelling\n\nProven ability to take projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision\n\nExperience developing motion components for brand guidelines and pushing creative boundaries\n\nFluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus\n\nAuthorized to work in Sweden (EU citizen or valid work visa)\n\nAlso appreciated:\nExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software\n\nExperience in sound design, including sourcing, editing and mixing sound effects and music\n\nExperience with basic character animation or rigging\n\nActive engagement with AI tools in motion workflows (generative video, 3D asset generation, AI-assisted compositing)\n\nBenefits\nGreat office located at the core of Östermalm\n\n30 days paid vacation per year\n\nInclusive decision-making, collaboration, and continuous learning\n\n5,000 SEK annual wellness allowance (Friskvårdsbidrag)\n\nApplication requirements\nTo be considered, you must include your resume and a link to your portfolio with your recent and best work.
