WE NEED YOU TO:
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
- Support your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
- Be a role model for our brand with our personal presentation standards
- Handle stock effectively and ensure your area maintains excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
Requirements
- Have previous experience in a similar retail role, preferably within luxury or fashion
- Be a customer service ambassador with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion-forward brand at all times
