It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.\nResponsibilities\n Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner\n Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations\n Stay informed about current products, trends and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers\n Working towards visual merchandising guidelines set for the store\n Training and developing team members\n Maintain store standards throughout the store, including the back-of-house\n Maintain and monitor all store operations, including back-of-house\n Liaise with Head Office teams for all business updates\n Set targets and monitor KPI’s for all team members\n Recruit for your store and liaise with the global recruitment team\n Make commercial suggestions for your store and get them approved by senior stakeholders\n Be a role model for the brand and maintain personal presentation standards and that of your teams\n Maintain store health and safety regulations\n Plan monthly schedules for your team\n Motivate and drive your team\n Ensure all products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and product information\n Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sales system, handling cash, credit cards and other forms of payment\n Closing and opening the store, as well as setting up the cash register\n Support with inventory management and organization of stockroom\n Replenish the shop floor as and when necessary\n Communicate daily needs with the management team\n Hold regular one to one meetings with team members to manage and maintain performance\n Requirements\nHighly motivated\nInterest in fashion\nTarget driven\nExperience in customer service, retail preferred.\nInteract with customers in a loud and often busy environment\nAbility to stand for long periods and engage in repetitive activities\nAbility to lift in excess of 50 pounds\nAbility to climb ladders and use a stepping stool\nFlexible to work weekends and evenings.\nMust be eligible to work in the US \nProficient in English, written and spoken\nBenefits\nWe’re an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
