Working closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership, we are seeking a high impact performer to modernize our equipment and processes in support of our continued business growth.\nDriving Reliability & Plant Performance\nOwn the reliability and lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.\nBuild and execute strategies that improve equipment uptime, asset utilization, and maintenance effectiveness.\nDevelop and deploy a total productive maintenance system, while leading preventative and corrective maintenance initiatives.\nImplement data-driven problem-solving methodologies including root cause analysis and reliability engineering tools. \nLeading Automation & Capital Projects\nDevelop and execute manufacturing automation initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and operational flexibility.\nCreate and maintain the facility engineering and automation roadmap.\nLead capital projects from concept through commissioning, including equipment upgrades, robotics implementation, and facility expansion projects.\nManage project budgets, contractors, schedules, and technical execution while ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety requirements. \nImproving Capacity, Efficiency & Quality\nPartner with Manufacturing to improve throughput, efficiency, and operational performance.\nEvaluate production capacity and identify investments needed to support future growth.\nUse performance metrics and operational data to drive continuous improvement.\nPartner with Quality to support validation activities and ensure equipment consistently meets quality standards. \nDeveloping Teams & Building Capability\nManage engineering, maintenance, and facilities upkeep across the plant.\nEstablish clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations.\nCoach and develop team members through training, feedback, and succession planning.\nFoster a collaborative \"One-Operation\" culture across multiple shifts. \nEnsuring Compliance & Operational Excellence\nMaintain readiness for FDA, OSHA, EPA, Health Canada, and other regulatory audits.\nChampion workplace safety, risk reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure contractors and vendors meet site safety and compliance expectations.\nPromote strong housekeeping, facility standards, and disciplined operational practices. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.\nFive or more years of progressive plant engineering experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading automation, capital projects, and equipment reliability initiatives.\nStrong working knowledge of productive maintenance systems, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, industrial utilities, controls, and project management.\nProven ability to lead technical teams and influence cross-functional partners. \nExposure to ERP, QMS, CMMS, manufacturing execution, and productivity management systems. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting equipment qualification, validation, and regulatory compliance.\nBenefits\nThis key role offers a competitive salary range with a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and more.
