In this role, you will architect robust mobile/ web applications, build scalable RESTful APIs, and integrate emerging LLM and AI technologies into our core platforms. You will own features end-to-end, from database design to front-end implementation, driving innovative solutions that solve real-world problems.\n Primary Accountabilities\n Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable web applications using Python, Django, and modern front-end frameworks like React.\n AI Integration: Architect pipelines to integrate Large Language Models LLMs, machine learning APIs, and vector databases e.g., pgvector, Pinecone into our applications to power smart, predictive, and generative features.\n API & Systems Architecture: Design and implement RESTful APIs and WebSockets connecting front-end interfaces, back-end logic, and external AI/ML services.\n Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and highly testable code. Lead comprehensive unit testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing UAT.\n Performance Optimization: Debug complex issues and optimize application architecture for maximum speed, security, and scalability under heavy data loads.\n Technical Ownership: Develop comprehensive system documentation, design technical specifications, and track development progress.\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and design teams to define and ship forward-thinking features, continuously incorporating user feedback.\n Technical Requirements & Experience \n Core Backend: 2-3+ years of professional coding experience in Python, with deep expertise in the Django framework.\n Core Frontend: Solid understanding of modern JavaScript ES2015+, HTML5, CSS3, and an appreciation for intuitive web interfaces. Familiarity with React is highly preferred.\n AI Forward: Hands-on experience or demonstrated capability working with AI tooling: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.\n Databases: Strong relational and NoSQL database experience PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.\n Web Technologies: Deep knowledge of web protocols REST/HTTP, WebSockets and object-oriented/functional programming paradigms.\n Infrastructure: Proficiency in version control systems Git and managing cloud developer services.\n Education: Computer Science or related degree.\n What We Need From You\n Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to map complex realworld problems to elegant software solutions.\n Autonomous & Collaborative: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, managing your own time and project planning effectively.\n High Standards: Demonstrated commitment to usability, design patterns, and engineering best practices.\n Adaptable & Resilient: A results-driven mindset capable of meeting deadlines and navigating the fast-changing landscape of modern software and AI technology.
