You will work with colleagues across sales, development and other technical functions to deliver complete solutions rather than standalone hardware. You will work with Kvaser's expanding product portfolio, including Edge and Arcus, to develop customer-specific solutions.\nKey responsibilities\nCustomer solutions - Understand customer applications and translate technical requirements into Kvaser-based solutions.\n\nSoftware development & integration - Develop and integrate software applications using Kvaser hardware and technologies.\n\nEdge-based Linux solutions - Develop customer-specific applications involving Linux, data processing, logging and remote connectivity.\n\nMini HIL solutions - Build lightweight hardware-in-the-loop solutions tailored to customer testing requirements.\n\nCAN/LIN applications - Combine Kvaser interfaces with CANKing 7 and its extension functionality to create complete application solutions.\n\nTechnical collaboration - Work closely with customers and internal teams to investigate challenges and develop practical solutions.\n\nKnowledge sharing - Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally.\n\nWho we think you are\nEngineering background - A degree in software engineering, electronics, computer engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical knowledge.\n\nProgramming & development - Experience or a strong foundation in software development and debugging.\n\nSystems thinking - An interest in understanding how software, hardware and customer applications work together.\n\nProblem-solving - Ability to understand technical challenges and develop practical solutions.\n\nCustomer focus - An interest in understanding customer needs and communicating technical concepts clearly.\n\nWorking style - Curious, proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.\n\nAdvantageous experience\nCAN, CAN FD, LIN or other industrial communication technologies.\n\nLinux-based development and embedded systems.\n\nPython, C/C++ or other relevant programming languages.\n\nHardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and system integration.\n\nTechnical customer support, application engineering or solutions development.\n\nExperience with Kvaser products, including Edge, Arcus or CANKing 7.\n\nAbout Kvaser\nKvaser is an established technology company with more than 40 years of experience in CAN communication.
