The Team!\n\nAt Kwalee, you will be responsible for :\nProviding reliable and timely IT support to employees, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure IT operations.\n\nSupport and maintain end-user devices, applications, and workplace technology across Windows and macOS environments.\n\nWork collaboratively with the IT team and end users to resolve technical issues and maintain effective IT services.\n\nThis role is based in our Bangalore studio, working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.\nACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:\n Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems and software applications across Windows and macOS environments.\nProvide on-site and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate where necessary\nInvestigate and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.\nSupport endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Kandji.\nManage user accounts and profiles in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including onboarding and offboarding.\nAssist with the rollout, testing, and evaluation of new applications and technologies.\nMaintain and troubleshoot meeting room systems and audiovisual equipment.\nSupport network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.\nMaintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and equipment records.\nRespond to helpdesk tickets and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed service levels.\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:\n3-4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or IT Operations.\nFamiliarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.\nExperience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Kandji/Iru/Jamf\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira.\nBasic understanding of networking, VPNs and common connectivity issues.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical concepts clearly and provide effective end-user support.\nGood organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests.\nProactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a
