You’ll grow a team of UA Managers who proudly own their games and bring an investor’s eye to the whole portfolio so every game and every campaign earns its place in the spotlight.\nThis role is based in our Bangalore studio, working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSteer portfolio UA. Set the UA strategy across our games and channels, and put every pound where it works hardest.\nGrow a brilliant team. Lead and coach our UA Managers, give each of them clear ownership of their games, and help them do the best work of their careers.\nUnlock profitable scale. Find the games ready to grow faster, and move quickly when something isn’t paying back.\nKeep targets sharp. Work with our analytics team on LTV and ROAS targets, and bring a healthy challenge when the numbers don’t add up.\nPower the creative engine. Partner with our creative and analytics teams so every game has a steady flow of fresh ads being tested, learned from, and scaled.\nGive new games a fair shot. Run clean, consistent market tests for our new game ideas so we can spot the winners early.\nBe the UA voice in our game teams. Share what the market is telling us with producers, product, and monetisation, and turn game improvements into more growth.\nBuild great partnerships. Work closely with ad networks and platforms, and keep exploring new channels\nWhat You’ll Own:\nProfitable growth across our portfolio.
