We are looking for a Support Analyst Murex in Lisbon or Porto who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about
• Provide day-to-day L1/L2 functional and technical support to front, middle, and back-office users of Murex Forex, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support FX Front-to-Back products and workflows within the Business Support & Monitoring Department of a CIB, working with a key decision support tool used by teams across the globe.
• Take ownership of incident and request management, from initial detection through to resolution, following ITIL best practices.
• Manage, escalate, and follow up on L3 tickets with development and vendor teams.
• Prioritize and follow up the maintenance backlog of issues and enhancement requests.
• Run SQL queries on Oracle databases to investigate issues, validate data, and support root cause analysis.
What we are looking for
• 5+ years of professional experience in support and analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) Front-to-Back products and workflows, with a good understanding of financial derivatives and swaps.
• Hands-on experience with Murex software (plus), solid FX system experience and strong SQL skills (mandatory).
• Solid experience writing SQL queries in Oracle environments.
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 support processes and the ITIL framework.
• Experience in release management and post-deployment validation is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
