Associate Lead Generation

As an Associate Lead Generation, you will contribute to building new prospects funnel & updating the existing lists. You enjoy owning the datasets that have a meaningful, more direct impact on the overall business, by leveraging our software services to new horizons.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing, and storing
• To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives
• Conducting research to identify new leads and potential customers
• Working to targets and KPIs
• Research, track, maintain and update leads
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Conduct customer research
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Maintain data files accurately
• Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered
• Review data for completeness and accuracy
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry
• Maintain records of work completed
• Update data in appropriate databases in an accurate and timely manner so as to avoid backlogging
• Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases
• Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets
• Perform administrative duties such as data filing as required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Hand-on experience of to 1 Year
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to targets
• Persistent and resilient attitude
• Experience with research and maintaining databases
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of LinkedIn
