De focus ligt onder andere op VoIP, Unified Communications, cloudcommunicatie en integraties met platformen zoals Microsoft Teams.\n\nBinnen deze functie werk je mee aan uiteenlopende technische projecten en ben je zowel betrokken bij implementaties als bij het oplossen van technische vraagstukken bij klanten.\n\nHoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?\n\nConfigureren en installeren van VoIP-, UC- en communicatieoplossingen bij klanten\n\nInstalleren en onderhouden van Hardware en software, inclusief upgrades en interventies\n\nAnalyseren en oplossen van technische problemen rond VoIP, UC en communicatieplatformen\n\nVoorbereiden en uitvoeren van nieuwe installaties en technische projecten\n\nKlanten adviseren en ServiceDesk ondersteunen bij complexere technische vraagstukken\n\nWat verwachten zij van jou?\n\nMinimaal 3 jaar ervaring met VoIP, telefonie, datanetwerken en UC-oplossingen; ervaring met Teams-integraties is een sterke plus\n\nTechnische achtergrond in IT, netwerken, elektronica of een relevante opleiding; ervaring met Wildix, 3CX, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise of Microsoft Teams is mooi meegenomen\n\nZeer vlot in het Nederlands, met sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden\n\nAnalytisch, zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, met een proactieve houding en de motivatie om nieuwe technologieën bij te leren\n\nWat bieden zij jou?\n\nBruto maandsalaris tussen €2.900 en €5.200, afhankelijk van je ervaring, technische kennis en expertise binnen VoIP en UC\n\nBedrijfswagen met tank- of laadpas, voor zowel woon-werkverkeer als verplaatsingen naar klanten\n\nLaptop en smartphone, zodat je vlot en flexibel kunt werken, zowel op kantoor als bij klanten\n\nGroeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, aangevuld met maaltijd- en ecocheques\n\n12 extra ADV-dagen, bovenop je wettelijke vakantiedagen, en een glijdend uurrooster voor een goede work-life balance\n\nJe komt terecht in een groeiende KMO met een jong en technisch sterk team, korte communicatielijnen en een informele werksfeer\n\nEen uitgebreid onboarding- en opleidingsprogramma, waarbij je de nodige ondersteuning krijgt om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen\n\n Company description\n Bij Kwery zoeken we steeds naar de perfecte match tussen werkgever en werknemer.
