Curiosity and a willingness to experiment are non-negotiable.\n\nAs a Senior Product Designer, you excel at the following core competencies\n\nDesign Leadership - Ability to define and champion strategic design vision across products, driving consistency, usability, and innovation.\nUser-Centered Approach - Deep expertise in conducting user research, developing personas, and applying insights to inform thoughtful design decisions.\nVisual and Interaction Design Excellence - Skilled in creating polished, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.\n AI Augmented Design & Delivery - Ability to leverage AI assisted design and development tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate exploration, prototyping, documentation, and handoff.\n Spec- Driven & Systems Thinking - Strong understanding of spec-driven development (SDD), translating product intent and user needs into clear, structured specifications that scale across teams.\nPrototyping, Testing & UX Writing - Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs, incorporating clear UX writing to improve usability and product clarity.\n Autonomy and Initiative - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while building upon and evolving existing design practices.\nThe impact you'll make\nOwn the end-to-end design process: user research, persona development, journey mapping, interaction design, UI design, prototyping, UX writing, and usability testing.\nLeverage AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, design iteration, prototype generation, and spec creation while maintaining high standards of craft, usability, and accessibility.\nAuthor clear, structured product and design specifications that enable spec-driven development, reduce ambiguity, and improve collaboration with engineering.\nEvolve design workflows by identifying opportunities where AI tools and automation can improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across the product lifecycle.\nEstablish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across our products.\nDefine and evangelize the design vision across the product suite while contributing user insights into product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and cross-functional decision-making.\nHelp mentor future design hires as the design function continues to scale.\nWhat you will bring\n5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong user-centered thinking and end-to-end design execution.\nExperience designing B2B enterprise SaaS applications.\nProficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).\nExperience using AI assisted design or development tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as part of modern product design and delivery workflows.\nDemonstrated experience working with or contributing to spec-driven development (SDD) practices, including writing or collaborating on structured specs that align design, product, and engineering.\nExperience translating user research and complex product requirements into clear, implementation ready design artifacts.\nCuriosity and adaptability when evaluating and adopting emerging tools and workflows to improve how products are designed and built.\nFamiliarity with accessibility best practices and designing for inclusion.\nAs a member of the KWI team you will receive\nFull Medical, Dental and Vision\nAnnual bonus eligible\nFree gym in the building \nGenerous PTO policy\nSummer Fridays....all year round\nTuition Reimbursement\nDiscount from building café\n401(K) with a 50% company match (up to 6% of employee contribution)\nEmployee Referral Program\n(1) Volunteer day each year\n\nOur work space\n\nWe understand that our teams need flexibility, which is why we follow a hybrid schedule.
