募集要項

⽇本初となる有⼈eVTOL機開発のための各種試験実施、データ解析、報告書作成を担当。現場での安全管理も⾏い、実験チームと連携して成果を最⼤化する。

主な職務内容

  • 実験計画の⽴案⽀援（⽬的・⽅法・条件設定） 
  • 実験装置・計測機器の準備、点検、調整 • 実験の実施および進⾏⽀援 
  • 測定データの収集・整理・解析⽀援 
  • 実験結果の報告書作成およびプレゼンテーション 
  • 実験環境の安全管理（リスクアセスメント、保護具使⽤）
  • 設備・機器、試験⽅法の改善提案
  • 他部署（実験・品質保証）との技術的連携

必須スキル

  • 理⼯系（機械・電気・材料など）学科卒業または同等の知識
  • 実験実務経験（5年以上）
  • 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
  • 安全衛⽣に関する基礎知識
  • コミニュケーション能力
  • 技術吸収力

歓迎スキル

  • 3D-CADや解析ソフトの使⽤経験
  • Python, Labview, VBAなどデータ処理ツールの開発能⼒
  • ISOや品質管理に関する知識
  • 英語での会話、技術⽂書読解⼒

  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場）

  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）もしくは裁量労働制
    • 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分
    • フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

休日

  • 年間休日115日（土・日、年末年始、会社指定休日）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）

給与

  • 想定年収：700万円 - 1000万円
  • 月給：584,000円~857,000円
    • 固定残業報酬：45時間、 202,181円~299,697円を支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
