Graphic Designer

Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for our digital products and services. The primary focus of this role is developing graphic assets for product interfaces, landing pages, web experiences, product communications, and other digital touchpoints. You will also support marketing and brand initiatives when needed.

This is a hands-on creative role for a designer who combines strong visual craft with an understanding of digital products and modern production workflows, including confident use of AI-powered tools for ideation, visual exploration, and asset creation.

What you will do

• Create high-quality graphic assets for digital products, including landing pages, web experiences, product interfaces, onboarding and promotional surfaces, banners, illustrations, and other visual content.
• Develop visual concepts that support product communication and help explain features, services, and value propositions in a clear and engaging way.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, content teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that graphic materials support both product goals and user needs.
• Conduct visual research and develop references, mood boards, visual concepts, and storyboards to explore and communicate creative directions.
• Take ownership of graphic design tasks from initial concept and exploration through final production and delivery.
• Create and maintain reusable graphic assets, templates, visual libraries, and scalable approaches that improve consistency and production efficiency across products.
• Adapt visual materials across different digital formats, screen sizes, and communication channels while maintaining brand and visual consistency.
• Use modern AI-powered tools and workflows for visual exploration, concept generation, image creation and editing, production of variations, and acceleration of repetitive design tasks while maintaining creative control and quality.
• Explore new visual approaches, design trends, illustration styles, motion techniques, and emerging creative technologies that can improve product experiences.
• Support marketing, brand, partnership, and communication initiatives with graphic and promotional materials when needed.

Qualifications and experience needed

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic, visual, brand, or digital design, preferably working with digital products, web experiences, or technology companies.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work across digital formats, such as landing pages, web graphics, illustrations, campaign visuals, product communications, or other digital assets.
• Visual Craft: Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, layout, imagery, and contemporary digital design principles.
• Conceptual Thinking: Ability to translate product ideas, business requirements, and communication goals into clear and compelling visual concepts.
• Tools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to efficiently prepare production-ready visual assets for digital environments.
• AI-enabled Design: Confident use of modern AI-powered creative tools and practices for ideation, image generation and editing, visual exploration, and production workflows, combined with the ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated results.
• Scalable Design: Experience creating reusable templates, visual libraries, and graphic systems within established brand guidelines.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with product designers, product managers, developers, content specialists, brand teams, and marketers in a collaborative environment.
• Languages: Strong written and spoken Ukrainian; Intermediate English or higher.

A plus would be

• Motion Design: Experience creating motion graphics and animations using tools such as Adobe After Effects.
• 3D: Familiarity with 3D tools and workflows for creating visual assets or adding depth to digital experiences.
• Advanced AI Workflows: Experience using AI beyond basic prompting - for example, maintaining visual consistency, generating controlled variations, combining AI-generated assets with traditional design workflows, or automating repetitive production tasks.
• Product Experience: Previous experience working within multidisciplinary digital product teams and understanding how graphic design supports UX/UI and overall product experience.
• Marketing Design: Experience creating digital advertising, social media, partnership, or other marketing materials across different channels and formats.
