Each of us is an adherent of entrepreneurial culture, which allows us never to stop, to evolve, and to create something new.\nWhat you will do\nCreate high-quality graphic assets for digital products, including landing pages, web experiences, product interfaces, onboarding and promotional surfaces, banners, illustrations, and other visual content.\nDevelop visual concepts that support product communication and help explain features, services, and value propositions in a clear and engaging way.\nCollaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, content teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that graphic materials support both product goals and user needs.\nConduct visual research and develop references, mood boards, visual concepts, and storyboards to explore and communicate creative directions.\nTake ownership of graphic design tasks from initial concept and exploration through final production and delivery.\nCreate and maintain reusable graphic assets, templates, visual libraries, and scalable approaches that improve consistency and production efficiency across products.\nAdapt visual materials across different digital formats, screen sizes, and communication channels while maintaining brand and visual consistency.\nUse modern AI-powered tools and workflows for visual exploration, concept generation, image creation and editing, production of variations, and acceleration of repetitive design tasks while maintaining creative control and quality.\nExplore new visual approaches, design trends, illustration styles, motion techniques, and emerging creative technologies that can improve product experiences.\nSupport marketing, brand, partnership, and communication initiatives with graphic and promotional materials when needed.\nQualifications and experience needed\nProfessional Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic, visual, brand, or digital design, preferably working with digital products, web experiences, or technology companies.\nPortfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work across digital formats, such as landing pages, web graphics, illustrations, campaign visuals, product communications, or other digital assets.\nVisual Craft: Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, layout, imagery, and contemporary digital design principles.\nConceptual Thinking: Ability to translate product ideas, business requirements, and communication goals into clear and compelling visual concepts.\nTools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to efficiently prepare production-ready visual assets for digital environments.\nAI-enabled Design: Confident use of modern AI-powered creative tools and practices for ideation, image generation and editing, visual exploration, and production workflows, combined with the ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated results.\nScalable Design: Experience creating reusable templates, visual libraries, and graphic systems within established brand guidelines.\nCollaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with product designers, product managers, developers, content specialists, brand teams, and marketers in a collaborative environment.\nLanguages: Strong written and spoken Ukrainian;
