\n2、计算机基础扎实，熟悉操作系统、计算机网络、数据结构与算法等核心课程知识; \n3、熟练掌握Go或Java等至少一门后端编程语言，了解常见Web开发与并发编程基础; 熟悉Spring Cloud、Spring Boot、go-zero、Fiber、Fx等框架者优先; \n4、熟悉Linux开发与使用环境，掌握常用操作命令与程序编译，熟练使用Git进行版本管理与协作; \n5、了解MySQL、Redis等常用数据库与缓存，了解Docker容器化部署;
