\n2、熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程语言，具备良好的 Rust 或其他语言的编程能力(如汇编语言)，能够进行高效、稳定的内核开发; \n3、有一定的硬件编程经验，了解硬件与操作系统之间的接口，能够进行硬件抽象层(HAL)开发和设备驱动程序编写; \n4、熟练使用调试工具(如 GDB、QEMU、Kemel Debugger 等)进行内核级别的调试和问题定位,能够解决复杂的内核调试问题; \n5、对多核处理器架构、并发控制和多线程编程有深入理解，能够设计和实现线程调度与同步机制，确保内核中的线程安全;
