hearts.\nAbout the opportunity:\nAs a Nurse (Days) you will be responsible for:\nProviding the highest standard of direct nursing, companionship, and personalised care to all our residents with respect, integrity, and dignity\nYou will be the responsible nurse for individual residents and will also focus on their personal tailored care plans, including reviewing and assessing them in line with KYN’s policy \nObserving, monitoring, and recording our resident’s physical and emotional well-being, and promptly reporting and acting as required \nManaging daily, weekly, and monthly routine medication processes and supervising the team when they deliver this to ensure that all medication is administered safely. \nMonitoring and managing all documentation to ensure it is logged and compliant with NMC guidelines and legislation \nProviding clinical guidance to the Care Team and being instrumental in all CQC duties \nCreating a nurturing environment where our residents and their family members feel loved, happy, safe, and secure \nActing as brand ambassador who demonstrates and leads the KYN values \nAbout you:\nYou will be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid and active PIN \nYou will have experience working as a RGN with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Health and Social Care setting\nYou will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the professional standards that registered nurses must uphold by The Code and a proven track record of delivering to these standards\nExperience in administering and recording medication and using medical equipment \nUnderstanding of safeguarding adults at risk\nYou will be patient and have the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy\nYou will have excellent attention to detail and an ability to anticipate problems before they arise\nYou will have the ability to resolve complaints and investigate incidents effectively and efficiently\nYou will be a compassionate, empathetic, kind,
