Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\n The Role\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development & Sales Leadership\nOwn and drive cloud consulting and transformation opportunities from origination through closure.\nDevelop and execute account growth strategies aligned to client business objectives.\nAchieve assigned sales, pipeline, signings, and revenue targets.\nIdentify new opportunities across cloud migration, modernization, AI enablement, application transformation, infrastructure modernization, FinOps, and managed services.\nSupport RFI/RFP responses, client presentations, proposal development, and deal shaping activities.\nBuild executive relationships that position the company as a trusted transformation partner.\nTechnical Pre-Sales & Solutioning\nLead discovery workshops and executive strategy sessions.\nTranslate business requirements into cloud transformation roadmaps and solution strategies.\nCollaborate with architects, SMEs, delivery teams, and partners to develop differentiated solutions.\nDefine solution scope, assumptions, risks, pricing, and Statements of Work (SOWs).\nArticulate business value, ROI, TCO, modernization benefits, and transformation outcomes.\nPresent cloud strategies and solution recommendations to executive stakeholders.\nExecutive Advisory & Consulting\nAct as a trusted advisor to CIO, CTO, COO, CFO, and line-of-business executives.\nAdvise customers on cloud operating models, governance frameworks, organizational transformation, and modernization strategies.\nProvide strategic guidance on multi-cloud adoption, cloud economics, security, resilience, and compliance.\nLead executive workshops focused on business transformation and innovation initiatives.\nDelivery Oversight & Governance\nProvide executive-level oversight of consulting and cloud transformation engagements.\nEnsure projects remain aligned to agreed business outcomes, scope, timelines, and financial objectives.\nCollaborate with delivery leaders and project managers to proactively manage risks and escalations.\nParticipate in governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.\nSupport successful transitions from pre-sales to delivery while maintaining accountability for client satisfaction.\nEnsure quality, consistency, and adherence to delivery best practices.\nPractice Development & Thought Leadership\nDevelop reusable frameworks, accelerators, methodologies, and points of view.\nMentor consultants, architects, and technical specialists.\nRepresent the organisation at industry events, customer forums, analyst discussions, and partner engagements.\nMaintain strong relationships with hyperscaler partners including Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud.\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in technology consulting, cloud transformation, solution advisory, or enterprise architecture.\nProven track record in both technical pre-sales and client delivery leadership.\nDemonstrated success in managing and achieving revenue, signings, or business development targets.\nExperience leading large-scale cloud migration, modernization, or transformation programmes.\nStrong executive stakeholder engagement experience, including CXO-level interactions.\nCloud Expertise\nProfessional-level certification in at least one hyperscaler platform: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect\nStrong understanding of multi-cloud environments with preference for: Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\nConsulting & Leadership Skills\nStrong consultative selling and business development capabilities.\nExecutive communication and presentation skills.\nCommercial acumen with experience developing business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, and value propositions.\nAbility to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\nAdditional certifications in: Cloud Architecture FinOps DevSecOps ITIL TOGAF Agile/Scrum Security & Compliance\nExperience working within a global consulting or systems integration organisation.\nExperience across Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, or Healthcare sectors.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
