The role balances strategic planning with hands on portfolio oversight, ensuring work is prioritized, risks are managed, and delivery remains aligned to agreed objectives. You will operate as a central point of coordination across delivery, technical, and account teams, using data and structured governance to drive predictable outcomes and continuous improvement.\nWhat you will do\nDefine and maintain a prioritized portfolio roadmap aligned to customer commitments and business goals\nPartner with account and delivery leaders to plan, sequence, and balance portfolio demand and capacity\nEstablish portfolio governance, milestones, and success measures that make progress and risks visible\nTrack performance across projects and programs, including schedule, quality, dependencies, and financial indicators\nIdentify portfolio level risks and issues, define mitigation actions, and support resolution across teams\nUse portfolio data and insights to support decision making, tradeoffs, and scenario planning\nImprove portfolio delivery practices through retrospectives, metrics, and process refinement\nSupport requests for new services or scope by assessing impact to the portfolio and delivery plans\nWho You Are\nRequired skills and experienceExperience managing a portfolio of projects or programs within a technology or services environment\nProficiency with portfolio and project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models\nAbility to assess complex delivery scenarios and make data driven prioritization and trade off decisions\nExperience working with delivery leaders, technical teams, and account stakeholders\nSkill in tracking and reporting portfolio performance using metrics, dashboards, or management reviews\nExperience identifying and managing cross project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints\nPreferred skills and experience\nRelevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma\nExperience in technology domains such as cloud, infrastructure, application services, or network services\n•Experience with stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
