The Role

Your role

In the ATM operation project, you will lead the requirements definition, design, build, testing, and migration of a new system, with the existing on-premises environment as the starting point and future cloud operation in mind.

This large-scale transformation project offers the opportunity to demonstrate both technical challenge-handling capability and strong project management skills.

What you will do

• Lead the requirements definition, design, build, testing, and migration of a new system in a cloud environment, and drive the overall project by developing the system architecture and migration strategy in collaboration with technical teams
• Manage the project consistently from planning through completion, including schedule management, resource coordination, issue and risk management, and quality control
• Coordinate with customers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution
• Potentially collaborate with global delivery teams, including offshore teams in India, in the future

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager in building and migrating cloud infrastructure environments
• Experience in upstream system development phases, such as requirements definition and high-level design
• Understanding of system architecture and infrastructure, with the ability to drive projects in collaboration with technical team members
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work smoothly with stakeholders

Preferred skills and experience

• Knowledge of or experience in large-scale infrastructure operations and migration
• Project experience in the financial industry, with an understanding of business processes and system architecture
• Experience leading teams or managing stakeholders in long-term projects
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams or participating in global projects
• Experience communicating in English through meetings, email, or chat
• Future collaboration with offshore teams in India may be required. Advanced English proficiency is not mandatory because interpretation support is expected; however, experience participating in English-language meetings or handling emails, and comfort working with global teams, are preferred.
