This role also offers the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager capable of leading larger-scale projects in the future.\nWhat you will do\nLead mid- to large-scale infrastructure projects as a PM or PL\nManage regular customer meetings, progress reporting, issue coordination, and expectation management\nOversee multiple areas such as cloud, network, security, and operations transition\nEngage technical teams, partners, and vendors to move projects forward\nOrganize risks, issues, scope changes, and delays, and escalate as needed\nContribute to project expansion or additional proposals with customer value in mind\nWork flexibly depending on project needs, including office attendance and customer visits\nWho You Are\nRequired skills and experience\nExperience as a Project Manager, Project Leader, team lead, or Delivery Lead in infrastructure projects\nCustomer-facing experience such as regular meetings, progress reporting, issue coordination, and expectation management\nBasic understanding of cloud, network, server, security, and operations areas\nExperience coordinating across multiple technical areas and stakeholders\nAbility to organize issues, risks, scope changes, and delays, and drive progress\nClear career aspiration to grow further as a Project Manager\nPreferred skills and experience\nExperience at a major SIer, IT services company, infrastructure consulting firm, or prime vendor\nSenior PM or program management experience coordinating multiple teams or vendors\nExperience in infrastructure refresh, cloud migration, network modernization, or operations improvement projects\nExperience engaging with CxO or department-level stakeholders, program management, or PM(Project Manager) certifications such as PMP\nExperience contributing to project expansion, additional proposals, contract renewals, or account growth\nMindset aligned with the Kyndryl Way / Heart of Progress and a strong focus on customer value\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
