You will leverage Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Azure, and related technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable automation solutions while leading engineering teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring continuous platform improvement.\nWhat Will You Do:\nLead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, UiPath, and Microsoft technologies.\nProvide technical leadership for automation architecture, Model-Driven Apps, cloud flows, integrations, APIs, and reusable automation components.\nDesign and optimize integrations using REST APIs, Dataverse APIs, JSON, XPath, SQL, FetchXML, and other enterprise integration technologies.\nLead automation operations, service transition, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives across production environments.\nMentor and guide L2/L3 automation engineers, manage work allocation, support capability development, and promote engineering best practices.\nDefine and enforce standards for development, architecture, security, documentation, exception handling, logging, quality assurance, and production readiness.\nLead troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents, integration failures, runtime issues, performance bottlenecks, and environment-related challenges.\nCollaborate with business, product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant automation solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.\nYour Future at Kyndryl \nEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Technical and Professional Experience:\n7-15 years of experience, including significant hands-on experience in automation engineering, technology development, and enterprise automation operations.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or RPA technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and UiPath.\nStrong expertise in Power Platform development, including Model-Driven Apps, cloud flows, Dataverse architecture, automation design, and enterprise application integration.\nHands-on experience with REST APIs, Dataverse APIs, JSON, XPath, SQL, FetchXML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and enterprise integration development.\nExperience working with Azure Cloud, Azure SQL, Microsoft 365, GitHub, source control, environment management, and deployment processes.\nStrong understanding of automation architecture, production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, security controls, operational governance, and service management practices.\nMandatory Certification: PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate) or PL-500 (Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate).\nStrong technical leadership, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and team mentoring capabilities.\nPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise:\nExperience with enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, including orchestration, monitoring, and operational support.\nStrong knowledge of ITSM processes and tools such as Jira Service Management, Jira, SharePoint, Wrike, or equivalent platforms.\nExperience designing scalable automation frameworks, reusable components, DevOps practices, and governance models.\nMicrosoft certifications including PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate), PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer Associate), PL-900, AZ-900, or equivalent certifications.\nProfessional certifications in Agile Service Management, GitHub Copilot, or automation technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism are preferred.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
