Join our dynamic team as an AWS Business Architect and become an integral part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market organisation. As a certified expert in AWS technologies, you will be at the forefront of revolutionising enterprise technology solutions for our valued customers. Working hand in hand with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer stakeholders, you will leverage your deep technical and solution expertise to drive strategic opportunities, develop differentiated value propositions, and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you won’t just be another advisor, you’ll be a trusted ally and visionary, delivering unique, AWS-based solutions that transform our customers’ businesses. Through engaging demonstrations, compelling presentations, and innovative prototypes, you will showcase Kyndryl’s technical eminence and leave a lasting impression on our customers and partners.

As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. Your domain expertise in AWS platforms and tools will demonstrate deep business architecture and transformation experience, combined with a strong understanding of how AWS capabilities enable enterprise modernisation. This will enable you to design and articulate comprehensive, cross-practice solutions that address complex enterprise challenges and drive profitable deals.

Your dedication to continuous improvement and your passion for AWS technologies will shine through as you demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of the AWS ecosystem and its alignment with Kyndryl’s broader capabilities. As an AWS Business Architect, you will combine strong technical and business acumen to deliver value-driven solutions within the AWS services domain. Your exceptional customer-facing skills, articulate communication style, and interpersonal finesse will enable you to clearly convey the strategic and technical benefits of Kyndryl’s AWS solutions, aligning them perfectly to each customer’s unique needs.

As a strategic thinker, you will identify and analyse intricate business and technical requirements, orchestrating Kyndryl’s full capabilities to generate winning cross-practice solutions. Your ability to develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes will vividly demonstrate the tangible value of our offerings-leaving customers confident in their partnership with Kyndryl.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to Kyndryl’s best practices. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to craft winning responses and optimal technical solutions. Moreover, you will actively build and nurture relationships with AWS alliance teams and ecosystem partners, fostering joint innovation and co-created solutions.

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing engagements to identify business and technical requirements, shaping tailored AWS-based solutions

• Deliver high-impact demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes that articulate the value of Kyndryl’s AWS capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to co-create joint solutions and drive go-to-market plays
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, compliance verification, and proposal development
• Align with AWS’s sales and partner engagement structures to drive joint opportunities
• Represent Kyndryl at AWS events, forums, whitepaper and blog creation, reinforcing our credibility and strategic alignment

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience applying AWS business and cloud transformation frameworks, including the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), AWS Well-Architected Framework and Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), to develop business-led cloud strategies, target operating models and transformation roadmaps.

• Strong understanding of the AWS business enablement toolset, including AWS Migration Evaluator, AWS Well-Architected Tool, AWS Organisations and AWS Control Tower, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes, governance models and investment cases.
• Familiarity with AWS-native capabilities across data, AI/ML, analytics and modernisation services, enabling informed advisory on cloud-enabled business transformation, value realisation and enterprise operating model evolution.
• Deep domain knowledge across AWS Cloud services including Bedrock, Transform, Cloud Native, Sovereign Cloud, Security, and Data & AI
• Proven experience translating AWS capabilities into industry-relevant customer propositions
• Strong consultative selling background in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market plays with AWS solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence both C-level executives and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS-focused solution sales, consulting, or architecture roles
• Current AWS Professional and Speciality certifications, and an AWS Ambassador
