You will work closely with Data Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to build robust reporting solutions and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop scalable Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.\nBuild and maintain reusable semantic data models to support business reporting and self-service analytics.\nDevelop complex PySpark transformation logic for cleansing, enriching, aggregating, and preparing large datasets for analytical consumption.\nDesign and implement dimensional data models including Fact & Dimension tables, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.\nCollaborate with Data Engineering teams to integrate data from multiple enterprise sources into reporting layers.\nDevelop optimized SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.\nOptimize dashboard performance through efficient DAX measures, query optimization, and model tuning.\nTranslate business requirements into technical reporting solutions and analytical models.\nPartner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting standards.\nPromote BI best practices around governance, reusable datasets, naming conventions, and documentation.\nSupport production issues, data investigations, and continuous improvements across the BI platform.\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career.
