You combine strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to seamlessly translate complex technical concepts into measurable business value for client leaders.\nRequired skills and experience\nExperience Level: 8-10+ years of proven experience in IT architecture, container platforms, or cloud-native infrastructure.\n\nContainer Ecosystem Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift, OpenShift Quay, and related container ecosystem technologies.\n\nObservability & Monitoring: Practical experience with enterprise observability, monitoring, and service mesh tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Service Mesh).\n\nDelivery & Governance: Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions, execute Agile methodologies, manage compliance, and drive complex troubleshooting across cross-functional enterprise environments.\n\nPreferred skills and experience\nRelevant Certifications: CNCF certifications, Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator (EX280/EX380), or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS).\n\nExtended Platforms: Experience with additional container and hybrid cloud management platforms such as Kubernetes and Rancher.\n\nMiddleware Technologies: Familiarity with enterprise middleware platforms such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ (AMQS), Red Hat 3Scale, or IBM API Connect (APIC).\n\nCloud Architecture: Hands-on familiarity with major public cloud and hybrid cloud architectures (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).\n\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
