Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\nThe Role\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, or a related technical field.\nHands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or comparable enterprise identity platforms.\nUnderstanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and least privilege.\nWorking knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and SCIM 2.0.\nExperience creating automation through workflows, scripting, REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues involving authentication, provisioning, certificates, tokens, claims, attributes, or identity synchronization.\nExperience working with ServiceNow or another enterprise ITSM platform.\nFamiliarity with security logging, monitoring, and SIEM technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nWhen you join Kyndryl, you're not just joining a company - you're entering a space of opportunities.
