We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security activities across the organisation.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to build and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture while driving continuous improvement across security programs and processes.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security activities across the organisation.\nOversee cybersecurity incident response, investigation, recovery, and post-incident improvement initiatives.\nDrive cybersecurity programs including vulnerability management, asset management, security monitoring, and third-party risk management.\nMonitor cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and security findings, ensuring timely remediation and risk reduction.\nReview cybersecurity assessments, security testing activities, and assurance programs.\nPrepare cybersecurity dashboards, management reports, compliance submissions, and executive-level reporting. \nYour Future at Kyndryl\nThis role provides opportunities to influence enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy while partnering with senior stakeholders on critical security initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing organisational resilience, strengthening cyber capabilities, and contributing to long-term security transformation programs.\n Who You Are\nYou are a cybersecurity professional with strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cybersecurity programs, risk management, and security operations. You excel at collaborating with stakeholders and translating cybersecurity challenges into practical business solutions.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nDegree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, governance, compliance, or security operations.\nExperience leading cybersecurity programs, projects, or operational security functions.\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management practices, incident response, and cloud security principles.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).\nCertified Information Security Manager (CISM).\nCertified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).\nInternational Organization for Standardization / International Electrotechnical Commission 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.\nExperience supporting cybersecurity compliance and regulatory requirements.\nExperience working within large, complex, or highly regulated environments.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
