You will lead security transformation projects aligned with the “never trust, always verify” model, designing and implementing end-to-end Zero Trust architectures in international client environments-from maturity assessment to the deployment of identity, microsegmentation, and access control.\nResponsibilities:\nZero Trust Architecture & Design\nDefine and implement Zero Trust adoption strategies and roadmaps aligned with frameworks (NIST SP 800-207, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model).\nDesign reference architectures based on Zero Trust pillars: identity, devices, networks, applications/workloads, and data.\nConduct Zero Trust maturity assessments and translate them into risk-prioritised implementation plans.\nIdentity & Access (ZTNA / IAM)\nImplement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, replacing traditional VPN access.\nDesign and integrate IAM, MFA, conditional access, and least privilege models (least privilege, JIT/PAM).\nDefine dynamic access policies based on context, identity, and device posture.\nSegmentation & Workload Protection\nDesign and deploy network and workload microsegmentation (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments).\nIntegrate security controls into cloud environments and workloads (CASB, CWPP, SSE/SASE).\nImplement data control and encryption based on classification and sensitivity.\nExecution, Governance & Resilience\nManage technical and functional security projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.\nDefine and implement processes associated with the Zero Trust model: identity management, change management, and hardening.\nValidate architecture through security testing (phishing, ransomware, red teaming exercises) and response simulations.\nCompliance & Business Development\nAlign Zero Trust implementations with regulatory requirements (GDPR, ENS, NIS2, DORA) and certifications (ISO 27001).\nParticipate in pre-sales, technical proposal defence, and solution design for clients.\n Who You Are\nRequirements:\nMandatory\nDegree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, or equivalent.\nMinimum 6 years in cybersecurity projects, with proven experience designing or implementing Zero Trust architectures in international environments.\nHands-on technical experience in several of the following areas: IAM/MFA, ZTNA, microsegmentation, SASE/SSE, cloud security (Azure, AWS or GCP).\nAdvanced English (written and spoken).\nPreferred\nCybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor certifications (Zscaler, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Okta, etc.).\nExperience with NIST frameworks and Zero Trust maturity models.\nKnowledge of DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code.\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
