deep functional knowledge across Lending, Risk, Securities, Tax, Payments, Treasury, and Customer Data Management.\nThis role will be responsible for driving data strategy, data integration, business intelligence, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence across critical banking data platforms\nKey Responsibilities\nData Engineering & Data Platform Management\nLead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise data warehouse and data lake solutions.\nBuild and support scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and reporting data marts.\nDrive data integration initiatives across multiple banking platforms and source systems.\nEstablish data quality, reconciliation, lineage, metadata, and governance standards.\nEnsure high availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise data platforms.\nData Analysis & Business Intelligence\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to generate business insights and support decision-making.\nDevelop reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management information systems.\nPerform data profiling, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and business impact assessment.\nTranslate business requirements into actionable analytical and reporting solutions.\nPartner with business stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.\nOracle & SQL Development\nDesign and optimize Oracle database solutions supporting enterprise reporting and analytics.\nDevelop complex SQL and PL/SQL programs, procedures, packages, functions, and performance tuning solutions.\nPerform data extraction, validation, transformation, and reconciliation activities.\nTroubleshoot database performance, data integrity, and reporting-related issues.\nLending Data Management\nSupport end-to-end lending data covering loan origination, servicing, repayments, collateral, and exposure management.\nDevelop reporting and analytical solutions supporting credit risk and lending operations.\nEnsure accurate lending data integration across upstream and downstream systems.\nRisk & Regulatory Reporting\nSupport enterprise risk data platforms and regulatory reporting initiatives.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and controls testing to meet compliance requirements.\nPartner with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure reporting accuracy.\nSupport internal and external regulatory reporting submissions.\nSecurities & Capital Markets Data\nSupport securities reference data, trading, settlements, custody, and investment reporting functions.\nManage reconciliations and reporting across securities and capital market platforms.\nAnalyze transaction and holdings data to support operational and regulatory requirements.\nTax Data & Compliance Reporting\nSupport tax reporting processes and regulatory compliance requirements.\nValidate tax-related data and ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.\nSupport audit, compliance, and regulatory data requests.\nPayments Data Management\nSupport payment processing platforms, transaction monitoring, clearing, settlements, and reconciliation activities.\nAnalyze payment transaction data and investigate operational exceptions.\nDevelop reporting solutions supporting payment operations and regulatory compliance.\nTreasury Data Management\nSupport Treasury business functions including liquidity management, cash positioning, funding, investments, and financial risk reporting.\nDevelop and maintain Treasury reporting and analytical solutions.\nEnsure accurate reconciliation and reporting of Treasury-related financial data.\nCollaborate with Treasury stakeholders to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.\nCustomer Data Management\nSupport Customer Master Data and Customer 360 initiatives.\nEnsure data consistency, integrity, and governance across customer information systems.\nCollaborate with business teams to develop customer analytics and reporting solutions.\nSupport regulatory requirements related to customer information management and compliance.\nProduction Support & Data Operations\nProvide L2/L3 support for critical enterprise data platforms and reporting applications.\nLead incident resolution, problem management, and root cause investigations.\nEnsure compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs, and production support standards.\nDrive operational improvements through automation and process optimization.\nWho You Are\nDesired Candidate Profile\n8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and BI Reporting environments.\nStrong hands-on expertise in DataIKU, MicroStrategy, Oracle, SQL, ODI,TWS and Reporting & BI platforms.\nExtensive experience in Banking and Financial Services organizations.\nStrong functional understanding of Lending, Risk, Securities, Tax, Payments, Treasury, and Customer Data domains.\nExperience supporting regulatory reporting, management reporting, and enterprise analytics platforms.\nProven leadership experience managing global teams and stakeholder
