You will work closely with data center operations teams, logistics providers, OEM partners, and service management stakeholders to ensure timely hardware availability and operational continuity.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in inventory management, logistics, hardware support, or data center operations who want to play a critical role in enabling high-availability infrastructure environments.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the end-to-end management of data center inventory and spare parts programs, ensuring critical hardware availability to support operational continuity and service commitments.\nDrive inventory planning and optimization strategies, leveraging consumption trends and demand forecasts to maintain appropriate stock levels across multiple locations.\nManage hardware replacement and warranty processes, partnering with vendors and OEMs to coordinate timely resolutions and minimize operational risk.\nOversee asset lifecycle governance, maintaining accurate asset, inventory, and configuration records across enterprise asset management and CMDB platforms.\nCollaborate with operations, logistics, and supply chain partners to ensure efficient movement, tracking, and delivery of hardware assets and components.\nProvide operational insights and reporting on inventory health, asset utilization, replacement activities, and service performance while supporting audit and compliance requirements.\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nAs a Data Center Inventory & Asset Manager, you'll gain exposure to large-scale cloud, AI, and high-performance computing environments while building expertise in infrastructure operations, supply chain management, asset lifecycle governance, and service delivery. You bring a strong customer-focused mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience in inventory management, spare parts operations, asset management, or logistics within technology-driven environments.\nStrong understanding of data center hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and GPU platforms.\nExperience managing hardware replacement programs, warranties, vendor relationships, and OEM partnerships.\nFamiliarity with Asset Management, CMDB, and IT Service Management (ITIL) practices.\nStrong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\n5+ years of experience in data center operations, hardware support, inventory management, supply chain, or related functions.\nExperience supporting AI, High Performance Computing (HPC), cloud, or large-scale data center environments.\nHands-on experience working with major infrastructure vendors such as NVIDIA, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, or Supermicro.\nExposure to global logistics, international shipping, and inventory governance processes.\nExperience supporting asset lifecycle management, compliance, and audit requirements.\nBeing You\nDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from.
