The Role

Key Responsibilities

Data Platform & Data Quality

• Support thestability, integrity, and continuous enhancement of the RDC data platform and master datasets.
• Maintain thePortfolio Master Database as the authoritative source of portfolio data.
• Ensuredata accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Partner with regional teams and data owners tovalidate and maintain high-quality data inputs.

Data Integration & Multi-Platform Connectivity

• Integrate and consolidate data across multiple source systems (e.g., lease administration, finance, FM tools, spreadsheets, and external data sources).
• Design and managedata transformations and mappings to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Support the development ofdata pipelines and automated data flows into the central platform.
• Identify and resolvedata discrepancies across systems, ensuring alignment with the source of truth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improvesystem connectivity and data interoperability.

Enterprise Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)

• Design, develop, and maintainPower BI dashboards supporting portfolio management and operational performance.
• Build scalabledata models and visualizations that support leadership reporting and decision making.
• Translate business requirements intoautomated, user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Improve theperformance, usability, and reliability of reporting tools used by global teams.

Portfolio Insights & Reporting

• Support executive and operational reporting cycles by providingreliable, consistent data insights.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure portfolio data reflectscurrent operations, investments, and site changes.
• Provide visibility intoportfolio performance, risks, and trends to support informed decision making.

Data Governance & Process Improvement

• Contribute to definingdata standards, definitions, and reporting frameworks.
• Strengthendata ownership, validation processes, and accountability across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improvedata collection, validation, and reporting workflows.
• Support cross-functional initiatives requiring accurate and structured portfolio data (e.g., finance, delivery, sustainability)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of experience indata analytics, business intelligence, or data platform roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).
• Strong experience working withlarge, complex datasets across multiple sources.
• Demonstrated ability tointegrate and reconcile data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Working knowledge ofdata pipelines, and data transformation techniques.
• Proficiency inSQL, Excel, and data manipulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability totranslate data into business insights.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supportingreal estate portfolios, facilities operations, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience working withmultiple enterprise systems and integrating cross-functional data sources.
• Familiarity withdata governance and data quality management practices.
• Experience working inglobal, multi-regional operational environments.
