We value curiosity, learning mindset, and potential.\nWho You Are\nEssential Qualifications:\nAt least 2 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning projects.\n\nSolid skills in Python and some of core data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, XGBoost, LightGBM).\n\nFamiliarity with neural networks and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).\n\nStrong understanding of data preprocessing, handling missing values, unbalanced datasets, and outlier detection.\n\nGenuine curiosity and motivation to learn, experiment, and grow in applied AI.\n\nSpanish native or high level and fluid English.\n\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, or related field.\nPreferred Skills:\nExposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, and data preparation workflows.\n\nExperience with data visualization and presentation of insights to cross-functional teams.\n\nPostgraduate or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics is valued.\n\nBeing You\nThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
