This role combines hands-on prototyping, emerging technologies, and experience innovation to create interactive demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and scalable digital assets.\nYou will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate creative concepts into functional experiences that bring technology stories to life. Balancingexperimentation with execution, you will evaluate new tools and interaction models while delivering customer-facing solutions that support campaigns, events, briefings, and strategic initiatives.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, and maintaininteractive prototypes, demonstrations, and experiential assets that showcasetechnology capabilities and business value.\n\nTranslate creative concepts and design solutions into functional digital experiences using web technologies, immersive platforms, and emerging tools.\n\nCollaborate with experience designers, content creators, marketers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver engaging end-to-end customer experiences.\n\nBuild rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and scalable experience assets that can be reused across events, campaigns, customer engagements, and digital platforms.\n\nEvaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled creative tools and new interaction models, to enhance storytelling, engagement, and innovation.\n\nDevelop and implement integrations using APIs, structured data, and supporting technologies to create richer interactive experiences.\n\nAssess technical feasibility, platform capabilities, performance considerations, accessibility requirements, and implementation effort when developing solutions.\n\nTest, troubleshoot, and refine prototypes using feedback and user insights to improve usability, reliability, and effectiveness.\n\nDocument technical approaches, reusable components, and implementation guidelines to support consistency and scalability.\n\nSupport customer-facing experiences including executive briefings, events, showcases, and demonstrations with production-ready digital solutions.\n\nClearly communicate technical concepts, customer value, and solution functionality through demonstrations, presentations, and working prototypes.\n\nKyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccinationto align with their respective COVID-19 vaccinationpolicies. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.\nWho You Are\nRequired Skills\nEntry-level experience building prototypes, demonstrations, or interactive digital experiences.\n\nFoundational knowledge of AI tools, and modern development frameworks.\n\nAbility to translate design concepts into functional technical solutions.\n\nEntry-level experience with prototyping tools, low-code platforms, or creative technology solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.\n\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts through demos and presentations.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with AR/VR, WebGL, game engines, immersive technologies, or AI-enabled experiences.\n\nExperience supporting customer-facing events, showcases, or executive briefings.\n\nFamiliarity with design systems and accessibility standards.\n\nExperience in enterprise technology, consulting, innovation, or agency environments.\n\nPassion for emerging technologies and innovative customer experiences.\n\nThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $63,360 to $114,120 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.\nThere is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:\nCalifornia (San Francisco Bay Area) :$76,080 to $137,040\nCalifornia (All Other): $69,720 to $125,640\nColorado: $63,360 to $114,120\nMassachusetts/Virginia: $63,360 to $125,640\nNew York City: $76,080 to $137,040\nWashington: $69,720 to $125,640\nWashington DC: $69,720 to $125,640\nThis position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
