Working in a complex, multi-vendor environment, you will be responsible formonitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting network infrastructure that enables business-critical operations. You will collaborate with engineers, service teams, and customers to resolve issues, implement changes, and continuously improve network reliability and performance.\nWhat You Will Do\nMonitor and manage network performance, availability, and operational health.\n\nTroubleshoot network connectivity, performance, routing, switching, and configuration issues.\n\nSupport the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.\n\nExecute routine network changes and participate in change managementand review processes.\n\nMaintain and support secure network connectivity, including VPN and WAN technologies.\n\nInvestigate network incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\n\nGather diagnostic information and escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when needed.\n\nSupport network-securitypolicies and help identifyand address security risks and vulnerabilities.\n\nDocument network configurations, troubleshooting activities, operating procedures, and recurring issues.\n\nProvide technical support and communicate status, impact, and resolution updates to customers and stakeholders.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to improve network operations, reduce repeat incidents, and enhance service quality.\n\nKyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccinationto align with their respective COVID-19 vaccinationpolicies. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Skills\nFoundational experience supporting enterprise network environments with routing and switching technologies. \nWorking knowledge of network protocols, addressing, traffic flow, and connectivity principles. \nAbility to monitor and manage network availability, performance, and capacity. \nExperience troubleshooting network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues. \nFamiliarity with WAN technologies, VPNs, and secure network connectivity. \nUnderstanding of network security concepts, risks, and vulnerabilities. \nAbility to install, configure, and support network devices and infrastructure components. \nFoundational experience handling network incidents, service requests, and operational support activities. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to isolate and diagnose issues. \nExperience documenting configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting activities. \nStrong communication and customer support skills. \nCCNP certification or equivalent networking knowledge. \nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices. \nPreferred Skills\nExperience with BGP and advanced routing technologies. \nExperience with Software Defined Networking (SDN), including Cisco ACI. \nExperience supporting network security technologies such as Check Point or Cisco Firepower firewalls. \nExperience with F5 load balancers, NSX, or other advanced infrastructure technologies. \nExperience with network automation tools such as Ansible. \nExperience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise environments. \nExposure to network engineering, infrastructure modernization, or cloud networking initiatives. \nThe compensation for this position is $77,000 based on a full-time schedule. The pay or salary range is not below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.\nThis position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
