Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\nThe Role\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and govern enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-LAN, SD-WAN, and data center environments.\n\nDevelop network architecture standards, technical designs, and infrastructure documentation to support business and operational requirements.\n\nLead infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and performance management activities to ensure scalability, availability, and optimalutilizationof network resources.\n\nDesign and maintainsecure, resilient, and highly availablenetwork solutions, including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures.\n\nOversee data center network connectivity, integration, and operational readiness to support critical business services.\n\nIdentifyand resolve network performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and infrastructure risks through proactive assessment and optimization.\n\nReview and approve network infrastructure solutions to ensure alignment with architecture standards, performance objectives, and operational best practices.\n\nProvide technical leadership and subject matter expertiseon network architecture, capacity management, resiliency planning, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\n\nPartner with security, application, operations, and business teams to align infrastructure capacity, availability, performance, and compliance with current and future business needs.\n\nDrive modern engineering and operations practices including automation, DevSecOps, observability, FinOps, SRE principles, infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering, and operational resilience.\n\nSupport AI-enabled transformation by ensuring infrastructure readiness for AI workloads, data platforms, model hosting, GPU/accelerated compute where applicable, secure connectivity, observability, and scalable platform operations\n\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. Network & Network Security Infrastructure Design\nLAN, WAN, Wi-Fi design\n\nSoftware Defined Network (SD-LAN, SD-WAN)\n\nData Center design, connectivity, management\n\nInfrastructure resource sizing & capacity management\n\nArchitecture / technical environment design and documentation\n\n2.
